Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the selection process on employee performance at PT. FIF (Federal International Finance) Rengat Branch Group. The population in this study are all employees at PT. FIF (Federal International Finance) Rengat Branch Group has 116 people. The sampling method used in this study was a purposive sampling technique and the sample selected was 35 people. Data analysis in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the selection process at PT. FIF (Federal International Finance) Rengat Branch Group has a significant effect on employee performance. The more the selection process is carried out, the more it will affect the level of performance.
