Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the application and relationship of the influence of the implementation of human resources on the quality of schools in SMK Taruna Persada Dumai. This research was conducted on educators and education staff. The number of samples in this study were 69 respondents, using the sampling method, namely the saturated sampling method. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it is known that the implementation of human resource management has a significant effect on the quality of schools at SMK Taruna Persada Dumai.
