Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the work ethic and Islamic work motivation of KUD Langgeng employees in Marsawa Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the KUD. The sampling technique used in this study was Saturated Sampling, that is, the entire population was used as the research sample, amounting to 42 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic work ethic and Islamic work motivation of KUD Langgeng employees, Marsawa Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency have been running optimally.
