Abstract
The Luxury Barber shop has designed a Store Atmosphere in accordance with the services offered so that consumers can feel comfortable and at ease in doing hair care. With the design of a good Store Atmosphere, it will certainly increase customer satisfaction, especially at The Luxury Barber Shop. Apart from that, The Luxury is also always updating its services so that in the future consumers can experience better service. This research was conducted to determine the effect of store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at The Luxury Barber Shop in Pekanbaru City. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 100 people who used the services of The Luxury Barber Shop. The conclusions obtained from the research results are that from the results of research on the store atmosphere variable, it is concluded that consumers feel very much in agreement with the store atmosphere carried out by The Luxury Barber Shop Pekanbaru City because it can make consumers comfortable and feel at home. From the results regarding customer satisfaction at The Luxury Barber Shop Pekanbaru City, it was concluded that consumers felt very agree because they were satisfied with good service and adequate facilities. From the results of the t test, it can be concluded that Store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at The Luxury Barber Shop Pekanbaru City.
