Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the influence of the quality of human resources on the performance of PMD Service employees in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study were forty-two employees of the PMD Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency with various job descriptions. Census Sampling is the determination of the sample based on the entire population. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis. This proves that the variable Quality of Human Resources on employee performance at the PMD Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency has been going well.
