Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau Islamic University. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ria Islamic University, the sampling method used was the Slovin formula method, namely determining a sample from a large population. The number of samples was determined based on this method, namely 98 students. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive quantitative analysis and Simple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau Islamic University. This proves that the higher the quality of service at the faculty, it will be able to increase student satisfaction.
