Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between individual characteristics and work discipline on employee performance at the Muara Basung Health Center. The population in this study were all employees of the Muara Basung Health Center, totaling 54 employees, then a sample of 34 used a purposive sampling technique. In analyzing the data the researchers used quantitative methods, then the results of the research were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 22 program. So that there is an influence of individual characteristics and work discipline on employee performance at the Muara Basung Public Health Center. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, which means that individual characteristics (X1) and work discipline (X2) have an influence on employee performance (Y)
