Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job ability and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pemuda Prima Usaha. This research is a qualitative causal study. The population of this study is 40 employees and uses a sample of 40 respondents. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires. Before conducting the study, an instrument test was conducted with validity and reliability tests involving 40 employees at PT. Pemuda Prima Usaha. The results of this study indicate a positive and simultaneous effect of job ability and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pemuda Prima Usaha.
