Abstract
ANALYSIS OF THE SELECTION AND JOB PLACEMENT PROCESS EMPLOYEES AT PT. SURYA AGROLIKA MUTUAL (SAR) By: VICKY NELVIANDRA NPM: 165210881 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the process of selecting employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa (SAR) and to find out work placements employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Mutual (SAR). This research was conducted in PT. SAR which is located at Petai Village, Singingi Hilir District, Regency Kuantan Singingi. The population and sample in this study are employees production division of PT. SAR totaling 52 people. Sampling against respondents conducted by census. This study uses a collection tool data in the form of observations and questionnaires, using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the employee selection process at PT. search and rescue obtained a score of 2415 with a good category, while the placement process PT employees SAR obtained a score of 1623 with a good category.
