Abstract
This research aims to determine and identify the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT. Tasma Puja, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study was 91 with sampling using the Census method, so the sample in this study was 91 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Tasma Puja, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
