Abstract
This study purpose to determine and analyze the factors in increasing sales consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution variables of PT. Mustikarama Citraperdana Pekanbaru City Branch. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. The research sample amounted to 28 people with convenience sampling method. The results showed that based on the recapitulation results the product variables were in good criteria with a total score of 457 or 81.61%, based on the recapitulation results the price variable was in good criteria with a total score of 461 or 82.32%. based on the results of the recapitulation of the promotion variables in good criteria with a total score of 461 or 82.32%, and for the recapitulation results the distribution variable is in very good criteria with a total score of 589 or 84.14%. The results showed that the sale of safes at PT. Mustikarama Citraperdana Pekanbaru City Branch has been very good and can be seen in the respondents' answers to PT. Mustikarama Citraperdana Pekanbaru City Branch.
