Abstract
The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, while the sample consisted of all 69 permanent employees at this company. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results showed that the partial t test, namely workload and work stress, partially had a significant negative effect on employee performance at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Pekanbaru.
