Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of work loyalty on the performance of employees in the plasma office at PT. Rigunas Agri Utama Peranap. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, amounting to 54 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work loyalty has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the plasma office at PT. Rigunas Agri Utama Peranap.
