Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable for employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province. This study uses a quantitative approach, the research data was collected from 114 employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on performance, and job satisfaction is to moderate organizational culture on performance.
