Abstract
This research is to analyze the impact of the e-commerce phenomenon on the financial performance of cosmetic companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research data uses annual financial report data registered on the BEI for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 6 cosmetic companies registered on the BEI. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the test for each variable is that the E-Commerce variable has a positive effect on Financial Performance which is proxied by DAR. Meanwhile, the E-Commerce variable has no effect on Financial Performance which is proxied by FAR and ROA.
