Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze Financial Compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously at The Palace Hotel, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all employees of The Palace Hotel, totaling 45 employees, consisting of 13 permanent employees and 32 contract employees. Determining the number of samples in this study is saturated sampling or census. From the results of this study using SPSS Version 29 software to produce simultaneously Financial Compensation and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of The Palace Hotel, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City.
