Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of job satisfaction of employees at Bakso and Popular Miso in Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at the Popular Bakso and Miso business, which is located at Jalan Bintara No 14C, Kota Tinggi, Pekanbaru Kota District, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28155. The population in the study were employees at the Popular Bakso and Miso business, totaling 31 people, because the population is relatively small then the entire population becomes a sample with a saturated sample technique. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain that for each dimension of the work itself, payment of wages, supervision and coworkers are in the good category, while overall employee job satisfaction at Bakso and Popular Miso in Pekanbaru is in the good category.
