Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Wanasari Nusantara, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sample in this study is 51 employee respondents using census techniques. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wanasari Nusantara, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
