Abstract
The deviations in life comes from not implementing the values contained in Pancasila. In addition, problems related to Pancasila values's implementation in the school environment are also seen in student behavior. This study aimed to obtain information on how schools implement the values contained in Pancasila in secondgrade elementary school students. The resource persons involved were the principal and homeroom teacher. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the thematic data analysis show that four themes emerge in this study. The four themes are the teacher's and principal's perceptions of Pancasila, the implementation of values in each precept in Pancasila, the teacher's role in implementing Pancasila values, and the teacher's attitude when students violate Pancasila values. The implications of the research results can be used as a reference for schools and teachers to implement or implement the values contained in Pancasila
