Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun PKS Threatened. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun PKS Terantam Kampar Regency. The sampling technique in this research was a purposive sampling approach, namely the researcher selected purposive samples subjectively with a sample size of 32 respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire or one distributed to employees. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that Job Satisfaction (X1) has no effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun PKS Terantam Kampar Regency, Work Discipline (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun PKS Terantam Kampar Regency and Work Motivation (X3) influence Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun PKS Terantam Kampar Regency.
