Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job training on the performance of outsourced employees at PT. Yastera Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 62 employees with a sample of 62 employees using the saturated sampling method. This research uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research found that the recruitment process had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job training had a positive and significant effect on PT. Yastera Pekanbaru.
