Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop teaching materials in the form of electronic modules (E-modules) in the Subject of Employment Economics in class XI SMA Negeri 3 Bukit Batu. This type of research is research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with a development model according to Bord and Gall in Sugiyono has steps namely: (1) Potential and Problems, (2) Gathering Information, (3) Product Design, (4) ) Design Validation, (5) Design Improvements, (6) Product Trials, (7) Product Revisions, (8) Usage Trials. This research was conducted in November 2022, data was collected from the results of the e-module trial of 20 students with the results of the product trial data analysis of 4.5 with the "very good" criterion. The results of this study indicate that the E-module from the material and media aspects is declared valid by experts and feasible to use. Furthermore, on the valid criteria from the student's perspective, the category is very valid or very feasible, for the criteria for effective is the category is very effective, it can be concluded that the development of the E-module for the subject of Economics with Employment material is very good and feasible to be used as a medium for independent learning.
