Abstract
Performance Evaluation of Palm Oil Harvesting Employees in Afdeling III PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Lindai Garden Kasikan Village Tapung Hulu District Kampar Regency Riau Province. Guidance Mr. Hajry Arief Wahyudy SP. M.MA. The performance of oil palm harvesting employees is a result achieved by harvesting employees in completing their work, the level of an employee's performance is determined by factors that influence him either directly or indirectly in his work, one of which is the harvest premium system variable. This study aims to analyze (1) the characteristics and profiles of harvest employees, (2) the harvest premium system, and (3) the performance evaluation of harvest employees in afdeling III PT. Nusantara Plantation V, Sei Lindai Plantation, Kasikan Village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research was conducted for 6 months (August 2022-February 2023). The technique of collecting respondents by census against 31 employees. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed (1) the average age of employees is 44 years, the average last education is 7 years or equivalent to junior high school, the average work experience of harvest employees is 24 years, the average number of family dependents of harvest employees is 2 people, the area of land worked on is an average of 2.6 Ha/HK. (2) In the premium system in Afdeling III PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Lindai only has 3 premium systems namely Quantity Premium, Brondolan Premium, and Sunday Premium. Meanwhile, the Quality Premium System was abolished by the plantation. (3) Evaluation of the performance of harvest employees based on the harvest basis, namely the performance of harvest employees Afdeling III PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Lindai Plantation has performed very well. Evaluation of the performance of harvest employees is based on quantity premium, namely the performance of harvest employees Afdeling III PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Lindai has a poor performance, namely employees who get a small quantity premium, namely 5 people and for harvesting employees who have very good performance are harvesting employees who get a high quantity premium, namely 2 harvesting employees. Performance evaluation of harvest employees based on loose premiums in Afdelling III at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Lindai Plantation in Kasikan Village has a good performance, while for very good performance, 1 employee harvests. Evaluation of the performance of harvest employees is based on Sunday premiums, namely the performance of harvest employees Afdeling III PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Lindai has a poor performance, namely employees who do not get Sunday premiums, namely 5 people and for harvest employees who have very good performance are harvest employees who get high Sunday premiums, namely 1 harvest employee.
