Abstract
The research aims to test and analyze the influence of service quality on travel customer satisfaction at PT. Rahma Sindo Mandiri Duri. The research methid used is a quantitative descriptive method and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire with a sample collection technique using the lemsshow method with a sample size of 96 respondents. The result of this research show that service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on PT customer satisfaction Rahma Sindo Mandiri Duri. This proves that the better the quality of service, the more Travel Customer Satisfaction will be able to increase.
