Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tania Pekanbaru Insurance Services. The population in this research is all employees who work at this company, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, namely samples taken based on the researcher's objectives and considerations totaling 40 people. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research explain that financial compensation and non-financial compensation partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tania Pekanbaru Insurance Services.
