Abstract

This study purpose to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The design used is research is quantitative research. The subjects used in this study were employees of PT. Bungo Riau Mandiri, sampling using saturated sampling method with a total sample of 33 people. The type of data used is primary and secondary. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation.The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 3.0 for windows.The partial results of the study show that compensation has an effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has ni effect on employee performance, while compensation has an effect on job satisfaction and compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction on PT. Bungo Riau Mandiri Pekanbaru.
