Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service. The population in this study were 66 employees. The sampling technique in this study was to use the census method technique to take the entire population as a sample. In this case the researcher took a sample of 66 employees of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 66 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that simultaneously organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance
