Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior of employees at PDAM Payakumbuh City. The population in this study was 106 employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, namely that part of the population was sampled as many as 70 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is data analysis in this research using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. Hypothesis testing using the PLS approach is carried out in two stages, namely testing the outer model and inner model. The outer model test was carried out to prove the validity and reliability of all indicators for each variable. The inner model test was carried out to test the influence between variables according to the previously established hypothesis. The results of this research show that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the organizational citizenship behavior of employees at PDAM Payakumbuh City. The level of relationship between the two variables is in the strong category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
