Abstract

This research aims to analyze social media marketing at bingo halls in Perawang City. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative description analysis and SPSS 25. In this research the population is consumers or customers who buy at Angkringan Bingo, Perawang City. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews, questionnaires, studies and documentation. The respondents who visited the angkringan most often were male, aged 21-25 years, students and had a high school education. The highest percentage score is found in the indicator, namely Media Richness, and the lowest percentage score is in the indicator, namely self-disclosure. The results of this research are that the angkringan markets their products well through social media so that consumers feel helped by the introduction of products sold through the social media and Consumers do not feel forced to give an assessment on angkringan bingo Instagram social media of Angkringan Bingo Perawang City.
