Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of training and work experience on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 153 respondents, sampling using the purposive sampling method, so that the sample was used as many as 40 respondents. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression test, F test and determination. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with data processing using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that training and work experience are positive and significantly significant on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, but the influence between variables in moderate influence.
