Abstract

The aim of this research is to see whether there is a significant influence between sales promotions and facilities on the decision to purchase a house in the Bali Pavillion housing complex for housing residents who have bought a house as many as 40 respondents according to Sugiyono's formula (2019). The sampling technique used in this research was cluster sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The method for processing data uses scale data collection techniques, Multiple Liner Regression, Coefficient of Determination, Partial T Test and Simultaneous F Test. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that sales promotion does not significantly influence the decision to purchase a house, housing facilities have a significant influence. on house purchase decisions, sales promotions and housing facilities together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Bali Pavillion housing complex, Pekanbaru City.
