Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of POC Rabbit Manure and NPK 16:16:16 On Growth and Yield of Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interaction and influence main POC of rabbit manure and NPK 16:16:16 on growth and yield purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). This research has been carried out in the garden trial of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, for 4 months starting from from May to August 2022. The design used is Draft Factorial Complete Randomization of two factors. The first factor is the concentration of dirt POC rabbits with 4 treatment levels, namely 0, 50, 100, 150 ml/l. The second factor is dose NPK 16:16:16 with 4 treatment levels, namely 0, 15, 30, 45 g/plant. Every The treatment consisted of 3 replications so that 48 experimental units were obtained. Parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, flowering age, harvest age, number of fruit per plant, fruit weight per plant, and number of fruit remainder. The data were analyzed statistically for variance and continued with a real honest difference test (BNJ) at the level of 5%. The results showed that the POC interaction with feces rabbits and NPK 16:16:16 significantly to the parameters of plant height, diameter stem, flowering age, harvesting age, number of fruits per plant, and fruit weight per plant. The best treatment was a combination of 150 ml/l POC rabbit manure and NPK 16:16:16 45 g/plant. The main effect of POC concentration of rabbit manure real for all parameters. The best treatment is POC concentration rabbit manure 150 ml/l. The main effect of NPK 16:16:16 is evident to all parameters, the best treatment was 45 g/plant.
