Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work conflict on employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Ujung Batu Branch, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau. The population in this study was 67 respondents, sampling used techniques from Arikunto, if the population was less than 100 people, then the total sample size was taken, the sample was used as many as 67 respondents. This research data was obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression test, f test and determination. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data processing using SPSS.V25. The results of this research indicate that work conflict has a negative effect on the of employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Ujung Batu Branch, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau.
