Abstract

Level Of Physical Condition of Futsal Extracurricular Players at SMA Negeri 3 Singingi Hilir, Kuantan Singingi Regeency This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of futsal extracurricular players at SMA Negeri 3 Singingi Hilir, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sample in this study were futsal extracurricular players at SMA Negeri 3 Singingi, Kuantan Singingi Regency, with a total of 20 futsal players. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study, with the instruments used in the form of a flexometer test, 50 meter run, shuttle run, sit ups, 15 minute run. Based on data processing carried out using a statistical system. From the results, the overall average physical condition of futsal extracurricular players at SMA Negeri 3 Singingi Hilir is 4.54 with a score range of 4.0 – 5.9 so it is included in the Enough category.
