Abstract

ABSTRACT Lucky Ferdiansyah, 2022. The Relationship between Arm Muscle Power and Hand Eye Coordination with the Accuracy of Forehand Drive Shots at Kobar Table Tennis Club. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between arm muscle power and hand eye coordination with the accuracy of forehand drive strokes at the Kobar Table Tennis Club. The type of this research is multiple correlation. The population and sample in this study were 14 Cobar Table Tennis Club players. The research instrument used was an arm muscle power test by refusing a medicine ball, a hand eye coordination test by throwing a tennis ball to the target wall and a forehand drive accuracy test. Based on the research results, the conclusions obtained in this study are: (1) There is a relationship between arm muscle power and the accuracy of the forehand drive stroke at Kobar Table Tennis Club rcount = 0.698 > rtable = 0.532 with tcount = 3.38 > ttable = 1.782, (2) There is a relationship hand eye coordination with forehand drive accuracy at the Kobar Table Tennis Club rcount = 0.625 > rtable = 0.532 with tcount = 2.77 > ttable = 1.782, (3) There is a relationship between hand eye coordination and hand eye coordination with the accuracy of forehand drive strokes at the Table Tennis Club Flare of rcount = 0.717 > rtable = 0.532 with Fcount = 5.81 > Ftable = 3.74.
