Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the application of google classroom to 8th graders of SMP Negeri 1 Mandau in increasing the effectiveness of physical education learning during the covid 19 pandemic. The type of this research was descriptive quantitative. The population and sample in tihs research were 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Mandau, totaling 79 people. The research instrumen used was a questionnaire of questionnaire related to the implementation of google classroom for 8th graders of SMP Negeri 1 Mandau in increasing the effectiveness of learning physical education during the covid 19 pandemic. Based on the results of the research, the conclusions obtained in this study weee: 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Mandau in increasing the effectiveness of physical education learning during the COVID-19 pandemic are in the 61-80% value range or in the strong category with a percentage of 76.85%
