In 2020 there was a rapid increase to 11,474 cases, which was up again 69% from 2019, then experienced a decrease in cases in 2021 by 34% to 7,538 cases. Until 2022, there were 10,238 work accident cases. This number increased by 36% from the previous year. 2020 is the year with the highest number of work accidents in the last 5 years, of course this can be a trigger to reduce this number in 2023. The research objective is to determine the percentage and ranking of the implementation of the 5 Elements of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) in 3 construction projects in Pekanbaru City. This research uses quantitative analysis method. Starting with the selection of projects that have indicators as projects with a medium risk level category based on the contract value and the construction period. by making direct observations at the construction project site and interviewing K3 Expert staff on the project and then analyzing the results of direct observations with the SMKK supporting documents and calculating the number of criteria met based on the observations and then identifying the ranking of the percentage of SMKK implementation.. Based on the results of an analysis of the calculation of the application of SMKK which is guided by the PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2021 and Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 it is known that the percentage of SMKK implementation in construction projects for lecture buildings and study programs at the Riau Ministry of Health Polytechnic is 77.91% which is included in the Good category. The percentage of SMKK implementation in the Bhayangkara hospital construction project in Pekanbaru City was 17.44%, including the Less category. The percentage of implementation of SMKK in the physical project for the development of the Great Mosque of An-Nur area in Riau Province is 90.70%, which is included in the Satisfactory category.
