Abstract
In the implementation of a construction project, obstacles such as work delays often occur. This is related to several factors, as well as to the construction project for the construction of the RPS SMKN 1 Kuala Kampar – Plantation Plant Agribusiness (DAK) of Pelalawan Regency. The project which was scheduled to start on July 21 2021 and was targeted for completion on November 17 2021 but experienced delays of up to 12 days. So we need an analysis of the factors that influence the performance of time and analyze the size of the most dominant factor. To find out the factors that cause delays can be analyzed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. This method aims to analyze what causes the implementation of a project to experience delays. The results of the analysis on the AHP method can show the main factors that cause delays in project implementation. From the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that there were five criteria for factors that influenced time performance in the RPS development project at SMKN 1 Kuala Kampar – Plantation Plant Agribusiness (DAK) in Pelalawan Regency. These criteria are weather, labor, execution, management, and materials. Of the five criteria, the Implementation criterion is the criterion that has the most influence on time performance with a weight of 0.377, followed by the weather criterion with a weight of 0.307, then material criteria with a weight of 0.190, in fourth position is management with a weight of 0.083 and finally the labor criterion with a weight of 0.043. The five criteria have 18 alternative factors where the five most influential dominant factors are taken so that the most influential alternative is obtained, namely the difficulty of transportation alternative of 0.181, followed by an alternative method of incorrect implementation of 0.153, an alternative of ebb and flow 0.132, an alternative of flooding of 0.132 and an alternative of lack of material with a weight value of 0.061.project delay, time performance, AHP method
