Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to produce teaching materials in the form of science modules approach that isi valid in terms of environmental pollution and is suitable for use. This research was conducted at SMP YLPI Pekanbaru. This research is a Research and Developmen (R&D). The data is obtained by validating the learning module in the material expert, learning expert, science teaching, and see students responses. The results of research in the form of science module in printed form. Descriptive data analysis. The validation results of the module develoved to get very decent results with an average percentage of 90,97%, learning expert 91,21% and science teacher 94,83%. Ipa module with SETS approach denveloped get very good responses from students with an average percentage of small groups 95,63%, meidum group 95,71%, an large groups 92,09%, based on the results of the validation of the experts and students responses werw concluded that modules can be used by class students VII SMP/MTS
