Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of convenience and risk on purchasing decisions in the use of Spaylater among women in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and produced 170 samples which would fill out the questionnaire and then be called respondents. The data analysis method used Partial Least Squares or PLS analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) convenience had a positive and significant effect on risk, (2) risk had a positive and significant effect on trust, (3) risk had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) convenience had a positive and significant effect on trust, (5) convenience had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (6) trust had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (7) convenience did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions when passing trust as a moderating variable, (8) risk had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions when passing trust as a moderating variable.
