Abstract

Ensemble music is playing together in playing music with simple arrangements. Wind ensemble instruments are one of the cultural arts subjects in grade 8 SMPN 9 Pinggir, Bengkalis Regency. One of the obstacles in learning ensemble musical instruments is the equipment that supports the introduction of ensemble learning which is not available in schools. Learning media that use Augmented Reality technology can be a new thing for students so that it can increase effectiveness in the teaching and learning process. By using this technology something abstract that doesn't appear can be simulated in 3dimensional objects so that it seems real and real-time. Applications are made with unity using 3D displays with markeless techniques and using the ARCore SDK library. Based on testing at a distance of 60 cm to 200 cm 3D objects can be displayed outside or indoors and can track locations anywhere with the condition that they have sufficient light intensity above 0 lux based on user test results generated from students.
