Abstract

This study aims to describe the mathematical creative thinking abilities of students of SMAN 1 Enok in the subject matter of arithmetic sequences & series. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was in the form of a written test in the form of questions about the material for arithmetic sequences & series, documentation, and interviews. This study used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques, namely: (1) data reduction; (2) Data presentation; (3) Drawing conclusions. In this study focused on 4 aspects, namely: (1) fluency; (2) Flexibility; (3) Elaboration; and (4) Originality.
