Abstract

THE EFFECT OF PAIKEM LEARNING MODEL ON STUDENTS’ OUTCOMES IN LEARNING ISLAMIC STUDIES IN GRADE VI AT SDN 037 OF KARYA INDAH VILLAGE BY: ZAID HASAN ALGIFAHRI 182410312 This study aims to investigate the differences in learning outcomes of students after applying the PAIKEM model and the lecture method at SDN 037 of Karya Indah Village. The type of the study is quasi-experimental research with pre-test and post-test designs. This study consists of one experimental group and one control group. The population of the study consists of 22 students in grade VI at SDN 037 of Karya Indah Village with a sample of 22 students. The data collection techniques of the study are tests and documentation, while the data analysis technique is the statistical t-test (independent and paired samples) performed by the SPSS 22 software. The results of the study show that there is no significant difference (sig. 0.924) of student learning outcomes after applying between the PAIKEM model and the lecture method. In addition, the PAIKEM model is also proven to improve student learning outcomes which can be seen at the significant level (sig ,000) between pre-test and post-test.PAIKEM Model and Learning Outcomes
