Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Baitul Fajar learning activity center program in helping children drop out of school in the sialang sakti sub-district of tenayan raya sub-district. The presence of PKBM is expected to be able to foster interest in learning in the community so that in the end it will increase independence, empowerment, and be innovative in seeking various new information in order to improve their lives. The type of research used by the author in this research is descriptive qualitative type, which is a method that is directed to describe or explain what the results of the research are. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. based on the results of this study in each indicator it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Baitul Fajar community learning center program in menagulagi dropping out of school in sialang sakti sub-district tenayan raya city pekanbaru can be said to be effective from the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring.
