Abstract

Analysis Of Marketing Communication Strategy Through AISAS Theory On Shopee Community Afilliate Program In Facebook Application Lorenza Putri NPM: 189110217 Shopee afilliate program is a new program developed by shopee company in providing additional income for content creators by promoting on all types of social media owned. This study aims to find out how marketing communication is carried out by the shopee afilliate program community in the Facebook application through AISAS theory. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by conducting in-depth interviews and observations to five research subjects with the characteristics of active members and also facebook application admins in the form of direct interviews and indirect interviews involving via telephone. This research uses AISAS theory which describes consumer behavior that utilizes technological developments on the internet further such as social media. The results of the study explained the strategy taken by the shopee afilliate program in attracting consumers to buy goods offered on social media used, namely Facebook by using AISAS theory as a benchmark for the data obtained in forming a marketing communication strategy that is carried out and the data obtained, namely from the shopee afilliate program itself, especially with those involving consumers in it.
