Abstract

ANALYSIS OF SHARIA MARKETING CHARACTERISTICS IN INCREASING THE NUMBER OF RELIGIOUS TOURISM VISITORS (RAYA SENAPELAN MOSQUE, PEKANBARU CITY) THUNDER SAPUTRA 182310298 The problem behind this research is the analysis of the characteristics of sharia marketing in increasing the number of religious tourism visitors (Masjid Raya Senapelan, Pekanbaru City). As is the importance of sharia marketing to be able to encourage an increase in the number of religious tourism visitors to the Raya Senapelan Mosque in Pekanbaru City, from the observations that researchers encountered in the field, there was a decline in the number of visitors since the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 resulting in a decrease in the number of visitors. , The formulation of the problem in this study is how to analyze the characteristics of religious tourism marketing at the Raya Senapelan Mosque in Pekanbaru City in increasing the number of visitors. is a qualitative descriptive research. The number of informants in this study was one person, namely the head of the manager of the religious tourism object. The technique used in this research is by observing, interviewing, and documenting. The results of this research are that religious tourism objects have not carried out operational standards for tourist objects, only marketing through internet media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other media. Based on the results of the interviews in this study, it can be concluded that the presence of complete facilities can increase the number of religious tourism visitors to the Senapelan Grand Mosque, Pekanbru City, seen from the results of interviews with the manager of the religious tourism object.
