Abstract

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC ECONOMIC VALUES ON THE SELLERS OF ULUL ALBAB SHARIA MARKET IN SIAK HULU DISTRICT, KAMPAR REGENCY BY : INDAH SARI ACHMAD 182310287 Ulul Albab Sharia Market is a traditional market and it is one of the shopping centers for the community in buying and selling transactions. Ulul Albab Sharia Market is located on Pasir Putih Street, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The Islamic economic values are an integral part of the overall comprehensive teachings of Islam and have been declared by Allah SWT as the perfect teaching. There are several factors that can hinder Islamic economic values in the market, one of them is the education factor and also the age factor. The education of sellers is mostly still minimal and they do not know about the Islamic economic values, so they only trade without knowing that what is being done whether in accordance with Islamic law or not. While the average age factor of the sellers is generally elderly so they do not know the rules and ethics of trading and only focus on a lot of profit. The problem formulation of the study is how to implement the Islamic economic values to the sellers of Ulul Albab Sharia Market, Kampar Regency. The aim of the study is to find out how Islamic economic values are implemented to the sellers of Sharia Market Ulul Albab, Kampar Regency. The data analysis method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques of the study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of Islamic economic values to the sellers of Ulul Albab Sharia Market in Kampar Regency is in accordance with Islamic law, but there are some other Islamic economic values that have not been implemented properly by the management and sellers of the Ulul Albab Sharia Market.Islamic Economic Values, Sellers, Sharia Market
