Abstract

AN IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC AT RIAU KEPRI SHARIA BANK OF TANGKERANG SUB-BRANCH OFFICE OF PEKANBARU DINDA FAUZIAH ARIFIN 172310131 This study is motivated by the results of observations conducted by the researcher in the field, which is found that the employess do not use their time well while working, besides that there are some employees who do not fully do their work, the employees do not finish the work but postpone it to the next day so they require extra time to complete it. The problem formulation of the study is how to implement the Islamic work ethic to the employees of Riau Kepri Sharia Bank of Tangkerang Sub-Branch Office of Pekanbaru. The aim of the study is to find out the implementation of the Islamic work ethic to the employees of Riau Kepri Sharia Bank of Tangkerang Sub-branch Office. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative, conducted by analyzing, describing, and summarizing various conditions and situations from various data collected either in the form of interviews or observations regarding the problems studied that occur in the field. The results of the study are: based on the results of interviews and analysis regarding the implementation of the Islamic work ethic at Riau Kepri Sharia Bank of Tangkerang Sub-branch office of Pekanbaru, it is concluded that the employees at Riau Kepri Sharia Bank of Tangkerang Sub-branch office of Pekanbaru already have a good Islamic work ethic but there are still some employees who have not implemented the Islamic work ethics properly at work.Implementation, Islamic Work Ethic, Sharia Bank
