Abstract

Partnership is a formal business cooperation that is mutually beneficial between small entrepreneurs and medium or large entrepreneurs to achieve a common goal based on a mutual principle agreement. As is the case with the agreement made by the contractor with PTPN V, Tandun District, namely the transportation of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB). The main problem of the research is how is the transportation partnership between the contractor and PTPN V, Tandun district, and what are the inhibiting factors in the transportation partnership between the contractor and PTPN V, the Tandun district. The research method is observational research or survey, research that is carried out directly to the research location that has been determined to obtain information that supports the author's research. while its nature is descriptive, that is, where the author describes in a clear and detailed manner the problems to be studied. The results of the research that the Transportation Partnership between the Contractor and PTPN V Tandun District is still not considering the condition of the contractor as the party providing transportation services for fresh fruit bunches from the field (afdeling) to the PKS, because the contractor in addition to carrying out the transportation work but also has to give responsibility for the conditions. from fresh fruit bunches to keep it good and safe, among others, not to be susceptible, lost or confused. If the carrier is unable to maintain this, the contractor is obliged to provide compensation in the form of an appropriate fine that must be received, and the inhibiting factor in the transportation partnership between the contractor and PTPN V in the Tandun District is that supervision from field officers to supervise the transportation of fresh fruit bunches has not been going well, resulting in the occurrence of errors in the calculation of fresh fruit bunches transported by the contractor as the provider of transportation services, the absence of the contractor's participation in determining the clauses of the transportation partnership agreement which resulted in disputes regarding the condition of the fresh fruit bunches to be transported which were not the fault of the carrier and problems in determining and looking for a loading man while in the case of manpower for loading this must be based on the approval of the PTPN, and there is no increase in wages for transportation, loading and unloading of fresh fruit bunches.Juridical Analysis, Partnership and Transportation
