Abstract

Case Number: 319/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Pbr is a form of conspiracy case in narcotics crime. This case started with information from the public regarding a transaction of methamphetamine-type narcotics, which the defendant, namely SYAHRONI ALS RONI Bin ZAINAL, had picked up from the city of Subulussalam-Aceh and was going to be taken to Pekanbaru and the Riau Police Ditresnarkoba police had found evidence in the form of shards of Narcotic Crystals with net weight 100.06 grams. The main problem in this study is how is the accountability for criminal conspiracy in the intermediary case of buying and selling narcotics, and what are the legal considerations of the panel of judges in the intermediary case of buying and selling narcotics in case No. 319/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Pbr. The research method used in this study is normative legal research, namely research using secondary data in the form of Court Decision Number: 319/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Pbr. Meanwhile, the nature of this research is analytical descriptive, that is, it describes clearly and in detail the criminal review of the conspiracy in the intermediary case of buying and selling narcotics, case no. 319/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Pbr and the legal considerations of the panel of judges regarding conspiracy in the crime of narcotics in case No. 319/ Pid. Sus /2021/ PN. Pbr. The data used in this study are secondary data, with data sources namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. From the results of the research conducted by the author, it is known that the conspiracy in the intermediary case of buying and selling narcotics was carried out by SYAHRONI Als Roni who had made an agreement with ABDUL AMSYAR Als Amsyar to pick up methamphetamine-type narcotics to the city of Subulussalam-Aceh, where when the defendant arrived at Pekanbaru to be precise at the gate Pekanbaru Toll Road, Muara Fajar Village, Rumbai-Pekanbaru District, the PUTRA PELANGI bus on which the defendant was traveling was stopped by the Riau Police's Ditresnarkoba Police and suddenly the defendant was arrested and found evidence in the form of 1 (one) dark brown sling bag inside which was a small color wallet black box containing 1 (one) clear plastic containing 100.06 grams of Narcotics Crystal flakes and 1 (one) unit of Vivo brand Android cell phone. Furthermore, the defendant along with the evidence was taken to the Riau Police Directorate of Narcotics for further investigation.Narcotics, Evil Conspiracy.
